We need to Reset toner first for this error
- First unplug the power cable.
- Then open the front panel of the printer and the press the two button togeather (Power+GO) and plug in the power cable back while pressing both buttons. all lights will glow togeather till 10 sec.
- Now release the Power button. Continue pressing Go button for 5 second and then release it and Press This button 9 times.
- then all light will glow again at that time close the front panel again.
- after closing the front panel press go button for 2 times
- Now printer will reset and whole lights will glow accordingly
